The family queen room is modern and has an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron. The staff are very efficient, and the atmosphere is family. Its location is magnificent, next to the supermarket, and the garden.

The hotel was in a stunning location just off the river Teign, on the outskirks of Newton Abbot near the race track and the River Treign estuary. The staff were very efficient and created a family vibe. My a nice size room had an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were good, absolutely perfect and very pretty location really close to the River Treign estuary and pub on the estuary. The staff were all very amiable and attentive. The food was outstanding - a good choice of options. The provided service was exceptional. The place was newly renovated, no complaints whatsoever, would definitely recommend.

Spent 3 nights here with my family, had a really lovely stay overall. My breakfast was sensational with the food prepared. The service was exceptional and the pool was clean. I had easy check-in on arrival. No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met what was needed.

It was a recently renovated and pleasant hotel. My room was a nice size with wonderful view. The staff was very efficient, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The vibe here was family.

Rooms were very damp.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the estuary, offering stunning views of the river from the rooms and balcony. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with warm and cozy bedding. The coffee and tea facilities were well-stocked. there are beautiful walks down at the river front, allowing for a scenic stroll in the surrounding area.

The breakfast service could use some improvement. There seemed to be insufficient staff to handle the number of guests, resulting in long waits and crowded conditions.

We absolutely loved our time in Newton Abbot. The hotel was a pleasant and convenient choice, with easy access to all the amenities we needed. The breakfasts served at the hotel were truly sensational, and the food was prepared to perfection. The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning and provided a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, we were delighted to find that the Church of St. Michael was just a short 5-minute walk away.

We did not want to leave there, would recommend. The place was clean with an attentive and pleasant staff. The location was unbeatable, for example, Hackney Lane was at a moderate distance from the hotel. We dined at a really nice nearby restaurant with local dishes.
